Oconee Academy – A Leading Hybrid Homeschool Program in Oconee County
OLCA’s K–12 Homeschool Program blends the flexibility of homeschooling with the structure and support of certified teachers. Small class sizes and a low student–teacher ratio create a focused, supportive environment. We use Ignitia, a trusted online curriculum with an optional accredited track. Students attend 3 or 5 days a week from 8:30 to 12:30. Our hybrid model delivers efficient, meaningful learning in a positive, “no nonsense” setting.

We also offer individual homeschool courses, dual enrollment options, and college-prep classes. Our low student–teacher ratio allows for customized support, helping students stay on track and thrive in a setting that fits their academic needs.
Tutoring
At OLCA, we believe that learning should be tailored to the individual student. Through our tutoring program, your child will have the opportunity to work one on one with trained professionals with multiple years of educational experience. We will assist you every step of the way in your child’s learning journey whether you want help with catching up, getting ahead, mastering certain subjects/concepts or just keeping your child’s mind fresh over the summer!
Bronze Level
$45/hr
Our bronze level tutoring is led by certified and trained UGA college student tutors.
Silver Level
$55/hr
Our silver level tutoring is led by a tutor with either a bachelor’s degree and/or multiple years experience within the subject requested.
Gold Level
$65/hr
Our gold level tutoring is led by a tutor with a master’s and/or specialist degree and 30+ years of education experience.
SAT/ACT Test Prep
Preparing for college entrance exams can be overwhelming, but we’re here to help. OLCA offers personalized SAT and ACT prep designed to match each student’s learning style and goals. Our experienced educators provide one-on-one instruction, full-length practice tests, and strategic reviews of key content areas to boost scores and build confidence. Each session is tailored to help your student feel prepared and empowered on test day.
SAT/ACT Test Prep
$85/hour
Each one-hour session is one-on-one and fully customized to your student’s needs, whether they’re focused on raising their score, strengthening weak areas, or mastering test-taking strategies.
